Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Dispatch times vary depending on the type of item ordered:

In-Stock Items
Orders placed before 14:00 (2pm, UK time) on working days (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Made-to-Order Items
Some of our products are made especially for you. These items can take up to 14 days to be dispatched.
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we will dispatch the entire order once all items are ready, unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or busy periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery option selected.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

During busy periods (e.g. holidays, sales), dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
